2026 is going to be a year of dreams; whether it’s your night time dreams and the wisdom they impart, or the dreams you have for your future. Whilst the year may begin in a less than visionary fashion – maybe because there’s simply too much that needs to be done – the further you go into 2026 the more attuned you will become to the importance of dreaming. The shamans of course, know all too well the importance of dreaming, whether it’s journeying through the nocturnal realms, to dreaming their life into being by holding a vision, and if you can take a leaf out of their book you will begin tapping into the riches and wonders that are available to you.
As you start the year, Jupiter – planet of expansion and wisdom – is in your zone of dreams and the unconscious. This gives you an instant link to the intuitive part of your soul and psyche, but also access to the Akashic records where you can find the answer to any question you may have. You can therefore, arm yourself with spiritual guidance, insight from dreams, and messages from higher realms in order to help you on your path. Much of this is due to Saturn and Neptune’s conjunction at zero degrees of Aries in February, which is effectively set to create a bridge between worlds. This signals your entry into the 5th dimension, or a higher vibrational reality, but it will take work. You may for example, have to let go of an old belief, or allow your existing paradigm to collapse. Be ready and willing to see life in a new way and to explore new territory, whether it’s physical geography or the plane of higher consciousness. This would be a good year to travel, explore, study and ask some big questions. You may find yourself grappling with some mind-bending situations as one reality wobbles and another one hoves into view. Sometimes this could feel disorienting so you will need to ground yourself in your everyday life.
Things begin to get even better from July as Jupiter arrives in Leo, a once in a twelve year occurrence, signalling the start of a new chapter in your life. This then, is an important year and one which will almost certainly bring you a new beginning of some sort. You should also find that this year contains more opportunities and possibilities, particularly where your own personal growth is concerned, so get ready to emerge from your chrysalis into beautiful butterfly.
There will be one or two challenges on your path during 2026 and these are most likely to be found within relationships and your interactions with others. With Pluto in your opposite sign you are likely to meet your own shadow through other people, whether it’s your marriage partner or the woman who serves you at the local grocery store. Friends too could be tricky, as your social life becomes subject to change and disruption. You will need to watch your back this year, for an enemy of some sort is likely to emerge; someone you find yourself locking horns with or someone who challenges you to deal with unpleasant emotions such as anger, jealousy, mistrust and so on. The best expression of Pluto in opposition would be to either transform a relationship and find greater depth and intimacy, or to work with a therapist or other professional person – someone who can help you integrate your shadow side or heal your physical or mental troubles. Or someone who can give you the advice and guidance you need. Where friends are concerned, you need to be adaptable and willing to move away from associates and groups who no longer resonate, whilst embracing new people who are of like-mind. This then, could be an exciting time as you’re likely to be meeting new people who feel like they are part of your tribe. This could generate a level of inspiration and idealism which could lead you to work with others who share your vision.
All in all, 2026 is a year of potential and possibility, when you will need to allow the past to fall away so that new beginnings can emerge. Put your soul’s need for growth and expansion at the forefront of your choices and don’t be intimidated, manipulated or coerced. Be bold, be brave and let your dreams and visions show you the way.
